Where the money goes, and when it reaches you.

Your audience pays through Stripe, not through YUMEYU: card details never pass through the platform. The amount is then paid out to your account once the event has taken place, net of the 3% platform fee and the fees Stripe charges for processing.

The journey of a payment

From the attendee card to your account, step by step.

The purchase

The attendee completes payment on Stripe pages, then returns to the confirmation.

  • Card details handled only by Stripe
  • Order confirmation by email
  • Tickets issued only on successful payment

The waiting period

Between sale and payout the amount is tracked but not yet transferred.

  • Refunds possible without fronting money
  • Support requests handled within a defined window
  • Status always visible in your personal area

The payout

Once the event is over and nothing is pending, the revenue is released.

  • Amount net of fees
  • Paid out to your Stripe account
  • History of amounts available to review

What you do not have to handle

The most delicate part of online selling is the part nobody wants to manage manually: payment security, receipts and refunds.

Refunds processed before payout

Every transaction fully traceable

Several organizers, or revenue to split?

Co-productions, associations with multiple branches, events where takings are shared: these need setting up correctly at the start to avoid accounting problems later.
