No. Every ticket carries a QR code you show straight from your phone screen at check-in. Printing remains possible but is never required.

Q: Do I need the app to attend an event?

Not always. Many events have free access and you join with the code shown in the room. The app matters most when there are tickets to buy and keep.

Q: Can I find purchases made on my computer?

Yes, if you sign in with the same account. Orders, tickets and cart are shared between website and app: start on one device, finish on the other.

Q: Which operating systems does it support?

The app is available for iPhone on the App Store and for Android on Google Play. The website stays usable from any browser, desktop included.

The YUMEYU mobile app does two things: it helps you find events near you filtered by city and category, and it keeps the tickets you bought within reach. Every ticket carries the QR code staff scan at the door, so there is nothing to print and no confirmation email to hunt for.
